Esschem EMA Bead Copolymers are a range of bead polymers synthesized from ethyl methacrylate (EMA) that offers the strength of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) with slightly different properties.The copolymers exhibit a slightly lower glass transition temperature, resulting in a softer and more flexible final product compared to PMMA.By controlling the molecular weight, Esschem can customize the heat resistance and strength of the polymer, making it suitable for various applications across multiple industries.The smaller particle size of the beads enhances surface properties like adhesion, while larger particles contribute to a more robust and rigid material.

Esschem EMA - EHMA Bead Copolymers are a unique combination of ethyl methacrylate (EMA) and 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate (EHMA) that offers exceptional properties.The incorporation of 2-EHMA disrupts the polymer chain packing, resulting in lower glass transition temperatures and enhanced low-temperature flexibility, while significantly improving transparency.With variations in molecular weight, Esschem can further enhance the strength and flexibility of these bead copolymers. The smaller particle size of the beads improves processability and has the potential to enhance transparency, while larger particles contribute to a more rigid material.

PEXIDAN® HF SX623 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U/1 in the ratio 95:5 or CM540U in the ratio 97:3. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX623 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-360 SHF2, BS 7655-2.6 SW4 and EN 50264 sheathing applications.

PEXIDAN® HF SX545 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX545 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41.

RECKLI Epoxy Compound 51/30 is a ready-to-use, easily flexible, two-component casting resin for the production of models, reliefs, ornaments, frames, decorative parts or usable as a casting mass in construction. Its color is creamy-white.

MU-209B Its functions are flexible, low stress, stress release, and shock absorption.

GM 987 Comp. B (Amine) can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. The postcured material is not UV stable and darkens by and by. However according to our experience the change in color does not affect its utilizability. The mechanical properties will be reached after 7 d at room temperature or post curing of 8 h at 80°C. As bonding agent on aluminum support we recommend our PU coupling paste KP 8.

GM 986-1 Comp. B (Amine) can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. This material is most suitable for high pressure molding plants with high molding pressure and temperature resistance. For application at 60°C Shore hardness D is between 60-62! The postcured material is not UV stable and darkens by and by. However according to our experience the change in color does not affect its utilizability. As bonding agent on aluminum support we recommend our PU coupling paste KP 8. The material is also dimensionally stable at high temperatures. At a mold temperature of approx. 60°C a Shore hardness D of 62-64 will still be reached. Due to remanent brittleness, for complicated geometries we recommend demoulding after 48 hrs. As bonding agent on aluminum support we recommend our PU coupling paste KP 8.

Epoxy Compound 71/30 is a ready-to-use, two-component casting resin for the production of models, reliefs, ornaments, frames, decorative parts or usable as a casting mass in construction. Its color is creamy-white.

The product is a Polyurethane system. For improving of the flow characteristics, GM 973 can be preheated to approx. 30°C. The final strength is achieved at room temperature after approx. 3-5 days. By post-curing at 80°C for 5 hours the stated values are achieved in short time. Parts / molds must not be cast with addition curing silicone, since this might lead to faulty reactions when curing the silicone.
