ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy adhesive that is moisture insensitive. Designed for emergency repairs or bonding applications, it is suitable for use on metals, glass, concrete, or wood surfaces. With its quick-setting formula, ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set sets in just 5 minutes and can be put into service within 1 hour, regardless of the ambient temperature. This adhesive exhibits good resistance to a wide variety of chemical environments and offers heat resistance up to 450ºF. Its easy-to-use 1:1 mix ratio simplifies the application process, and it can be applied overhead or vertically. For convenient use, ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set is packaged in two tubes containing resin and hardener. To achieve optimal results, simply squeeze equal portions onto a nonporous surface and thoroughly mix them together. FLASHBOND™ UV-6502CL is a low viscosity, high clarity, light curing epoxy adhesive that offers excellent strength wetting properties. UV-6502CL cures to a clear polymer and maintains clarity at elevated temperatures. This product requires direct light exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cures best in the UVA wavelengths (315-365nm).

127-03 is a screen-printable, B-Stageable, thermally conductive, one part epoxy adhesive, suitable for application by screen-printing and syringe dispensing. 127-03 is designed to exhibit minimal flow during bonding. This product has excellent adhesion to copper, aluminum and ceramic and a variety of other substrates. Additional applications include, but are not limited to, die attachment, printed circuit board fabrication, advanced material composites, LED attachment, and heat sink bonding. 108-50MG is a one component, thermally conductive, low stress, low shrink potting compound and adhesive. 108-50MG features exceptional resistance to thermal cycling. BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

128-33 is a single component, silver filled, electrically conductive epoxy ink and adhesive suitable for application by syringe dispensing and pin transfer. This product is designed for assembling electrical components and features exceptional pot life, flexibility, and chemical resistance compared to typical conductive adhesives. With its unique balance of properties 128-33 is well-suited for bonding on a wide range of substrates including copper, silicon, glass, and gold among many others.Features High temperature single component conductive adhesive

Fast Set Epoxy 8332 is a quick-set 2-part epoxy adhesive. Bonded parts need only be held together for eight to ten minutes before handling. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond with, including glass, fiberglass, concrete, ceramics, woods, and most metals and plastics. This is a general-purpose adhesive suitable for household, industrial and manufacturing applications.

9400 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled, 1-part epoxy adhesive with a low cure temperature. It is smooth, thixotropic, non-sagging, and bonds well to a wide variety of substances. It has an unlimited working life at room temperature. This product can create electrically conductive bonds where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to heat-sensitive components, glass, soft metals, or conductive polymers. It also works well in semi-conductor packaging, microelectronic attachment and lid-sealing, and as a die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It does not require mixing and can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. 9400 has been formulated to have a low Tg, which allows for minimal stress on substrates during temperature changes. For a higher Tg, use 9410.

8331 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled 2-part epoxy adhesive. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product allows for quick, cold-soldering repairs. It can also be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. 8331 has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill that maximizes conductivity, use 8330. For a longer working time, use 8331S.

Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive 8330 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled 2-part epoxy adhesive. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product allows for quick, cold-soldering repairs. It can also be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, and for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. 8330 is highly filled to maximize electrical conductivity. For a more economical version, use 8331. For a longer working life, use 8330S.

9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration-resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through. For a flame retardant version, use 9200FR.

9410 is a 1-part electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. It has unlimited working time at room temperature. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, and offers strong chemical resistance. 9410 is designed for semi-conductor flip chip packaging as well as die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective at filling in seams between metal plates. It can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes.
