XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

SR8850-1 is a room temperature curable, silver coated copper filled, electrically conductive RTV silicone sealant/adhesive. It can be used as a coating if dissolved or diluted with low boiling point solvent, such as naphtha. The material has no corrosive by-products and has good adhesion properties to metals, plastics, silicones, ceramics and glass. It is useful for bonding large area substrates and components of any size. The material is provided as a one-part electrically conductive elastomer/silicone with a compatible primer. The silicone cures when exposed to atmospheric conditions. The typical curing schedule is 24 hours at 25°C and 60% relative humidity. Using a large volume of paste requires a cure schedule of 48 hours at 25°C and 60% relative humidity.

GlueDevil Neutral Cure Silicone is a 100% alcoxy based silicone with an advanced formulation that has strong adhesion to most surfaces such as PVC, glazed tiles, ceramics, coated surfaces, wood and most plastics. This silicone is highly flexible and is great for joint applications that require expansion. It has a low odor, making it ideal for use in confined areas. THERMOSEAL® 1000 CEMENT is a high-temperature resistant cement carefully formulated to withstand thermal expansion and contraction under fluctuating heat conditions. THERMOSEAL® 1000 CEMENT is excellent for use when placing gaskets and seals in fireplaces, furnaces, and wood and coals stoves.

Formasil RS - Winter Grade Sealant is a low temperature, synthetic sealant for use in valves carrying natural gas, crude oil (sweet or sour), and water. It is waterproof and has excellent resistance to oxidation and high metal adhesion. Formasil RS Arctic should be used as an emergency sealant in ball and gate valves or as a plug valve lubricant/sealant.

VAL-TEX 85 biodegradable lube sealant is resistant to mineral oils, light hydrocarbons, LPG's and most aromatics. It’s heavy viscosity makes it an excellent performer where there are high differential pressures across the valve. It is water-resistant. Intermingling of Val-Tex No. 85 and other lubricants or sealants will not have any adverse affect.

Griffon SILICONE SANITARY S-100 is High-quality, acid, permanently elastic, water resistant sanitary silicone sealant.

Olive RAL – Colored neutral silicone is used in sealing watertight perimeters of windows and doors.

Precision Adhesives PA-2084 Duct Sealant is a flammable solvent based product used for sealing air conditioning and heating ducts. It has the same general composition as our EZ-4719, but the viscosity of this product is 120,000 to 140,000 centipoise, while EZ-4719 has a viscosity of approximately 20,000 centipoise.
