This product can be used to machine the most difficult metals. It is formulated with chlorinated and sulfurized additives, making it especially suited for machining difficult alloys.

ASTRO-CUT SUPER SYN is a heavy-duty, oil-free, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed to offer outstanding machining performance in even the most demanding applications, including aluminum and tough aerospace materials. This clean-running, low-foam product is stable in both soft and extremely hard water and contains additives that provide excellent rejection of tramp oils. In addition, ASTRO-CUT SUPER SYN provides rapid fine-settling capabilities and does not contain any secondary amines.

This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion that offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, and superior cooling. It is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals, except magnesium, and is formulated without the use of chlorine.

LoneLube 100L is the most fully environmentally friendly Modified Natural Base lubricant in the market today. It is designed to reduce torque and drag on the drill string against the well bore and to reduce metal to metal friction in POP type uses. LoneLube 100L is used in most oil-based systems.

ASTRO-CUT C is a heavy-duty, biostable, soluble oil concentrate containing a chlorinated additive for difficult machining operations. This product was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. It is excellent on high silicon aluminum alloys.

Vulgrind 7410 is a chlorine-free high performance grinding oil based on specially selected, thermally stable base oils. This allows Vulgrind 7410 to provide a consistent level of grinding performance as well as ensuring excellent wetting, lubrication and cooling.

Orion 1065 is our premier synthetic cutting and grinding fluid for ferrous alloys. The unique proprietary lubricants in Orion 1065 were designed for high speeds and feed rates and provides extremely high lubricity in a variety of ferrous machining operations. This oil-rejecting fluid outperforms conventional coolants in difficult operations such as gear hobbing and gun drilling. This product incorporates a unique lubricant and emulsifier which allows residues to be rinsed off with mild alkaline cleaners or even plain water.

J-Cut NCL-20 is a heavy duty cutting oil developed to machine difficult metals without the need for chlorinated additives. The extreme pressure lubricants are balanced to provide ease of cut with minimal tool wear. An effective anti-mist additive is incorporated into the J-Cut NCL-20 to reduce misting of the cutting oil during high speed machining operations.

Monroe Fluid Technology COOL TOOL II AEROSOL is a universal cutting and tapping fluid that performs extremely well on all metals including aluminum, stainless steel, exotic alloys, and some plastics. COOL TOOL II does not contain 1,1,1- trichloroethane and ozone-depleting chemicals (ODCs) and appears as a clear, amber-colored liquid. This product does not require mixing.

ASTRO-CUT HIGH PRESSURE HD is not recommended for use on magnesium.

It combines the superior chemical flexibility of synthetics with mineral oil plus phosphorus and active sulfur extreme-pressure additives. This product has exceptional foam control, hard water stability, and tramp oil rejection. It provides outstanding extreme-pressure lubricity for machining and grinding virtually all ferrous metals, particularly stainless steel and other hard-to-machine alloys. It is not recommended for use on magnesium or copper alloys that might stain.

ASTRO-CUT BCL HW is a heavy-duty, biostable, semi-synthetic, general-purpose metalworking coolant containing approximately 20% mineral oil. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion that offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, and superior cooling. It is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals, except magnesium, and contains chlorine as an extreme pressure additive for greater lubricity. This product incorporates unique additives to prevent the formation of hard water soaps in systems with extremely hard water.

Monroe Fluid Technology GLASGRIND 100 is an oil-free grinding fluid concentrate. This product contains wetting agents for superior cooling and corrosion inhibitors for in-process rust protection of machine tools and metal parts. When diluted for use, GLASGRIND 100 provides a stable, effective medium for the abrasive working of glass and all vitreous materials. This product has a polymer that prevents particles from recirculating through the grinding zone, causing them to agglomerate and settle rapidly. The fines settle in a slurry that is soft and easily removable as a result of this polymer.

ASTRO-TAP GP is designed for difficult cutting and tapping applications where superior cling and viscosity are required. It performs extremely well on all metals including aluminum, stainless steel, exotic alloys, and cast iron. This product incorporates a unique lubricant and emulsifier which allows residues to be rinsed off with mild alkaline cleaners such as ASTRO-CLEAN D or even plain water.

It has exceptional foam control for high-pressure operations and was designed using raw materials that have the ability to resist extreme biological degradation, thus providing a very long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool.

CGSTAPE - 6558 is a glass cloth tape with a high-temperature thermosetting silicone adhesive. This tape shows excellent dielectric insulation properties and high heat resistant, widely used for electrical insulation for electrical equipment in the fields of petroleum drill- ing, such as motors.

ASTRO-SOL N is a soluble oil concentrate designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. When diluted, this product appears as an opaque liquid and when concentrated, it is dark amber in color.

ASTRO-CUT A is a medium-to-heavy-duty, biostable soluble oil concentrate containing approximately 70% mineral oil. It was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. This product is formulated without chlorine and has an amber liquid appearance.
