ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 774 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The compressible silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 140°C (284°F) without damage.

WACKER® GS - General Sanitary is a one-part, acetoxy silicone sealant specifically designed for general-purpose sealing. ELASTOSIL® RT 604 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing two-part silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a highly transparent, flowable material with very low viscosity. This two-component general-purpose encapsulant features rapid heat cure, low hardness, and a crystal-clear appearance.

ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a tough high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and minimizing the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® 4500 is a one-component, acid-curing silicone finished sealant for general-purpose sealing in high-temperature applications up to 250°C. This non-sag, ready-to-use construction sealant cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber with excellent insulation properties. This product is optimized for insulation coating applications in disk power semiconductors. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits thixotropic behavior, ensuring easy application and positioning. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is transparent, has a medium hardness, and offers high flexibility as a low-stress adhesive.

LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

ELASTOSIL® RT 713 is a non-slump, addition-crosslinking, thermal-curing, one-component silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use, one-part system that offers rapid heat cure. With its low density and low hardness, it provides high compressibility. It is also known for its primerless adhesion to many substrates, making it suitable for general-purpose sealant applications, as well as FIPG and CIPG applications.

ELASTOSIL® 8000 N is a one-part, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with excellent adhesion and a long shelf life for perimeter sealing and glazing applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® AK 300 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 300000 mm²/s. It is formulated with a special heat stabilizer that provides protection against thermal decomposition and viscosity changes. This unique feature makes WACKER® AK 300 000 STAB highly suitable for applications subjected to high temperatures and/or shear stress. ELASTOSIL® E14 Red is a non-sag acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It meets the physical requirements of MIL-A-46106, Group I, Type I, and Group III, Type I.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1200 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive designed for the solar industry. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes.
