UC-2521 is a filled, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The cured elastomer has excellent water resistance and is exceptionally resistant to thermal shock.

UB-50 is a clear, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The URE Series has withstood 26 washing machine cycles without cracking, loss of color, or adhesion. This system was developed as a high solids coating for VOC compliance.

UV-8509R is a non-sag, fast curing, urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal based substrates. This product requires direct UV exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV light sources it is suggested that the user test and specify UV intensity and exposure time. This material is specially formulated to have reduced surface tack due to oxygen inhibition.

ME-505 broadband Electrical isolation coating is a coated carbon based paint in a proprietary urethane (solvent based) resin. It provides broadband RF isolation in a thin format. Its durable abrasion resistant finish is stable in hot and cold environments. The product can be applied with a brush or sprayer or screen printed. It has excellent UV and fire resistance. This product can be applied to various surfaces including but not limited to sheetrock, wood and metal. ME-505 is a lossy ground plane which can be used as an undercoating in conjunction with our MF-500 Urethane MagRAM RF absorbing coating.

SETWORX™ UV-35G is an epoxy adhesive and encapsulating compound designed for electronic, optical, medical, and general industrial applications Once mixed, UV-35G will polymerize and gel instantaneously upon exposure to UV light reducing fixture time to seconds. Once gelled, UV-35G will continue to cure at room temperature or at elevated temperature until fully cured. This epoxy system has 2 to 1 mixing ratio by volume and is available in easy to us dual cartridge systems.

Life-Kote 72 Series “Bullet Proof” Urethane is a two component, high solids, VOC compliant, urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, and flexible finish for the high performance coating markets. 72 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional alkyds in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. Must be catalyzed with 8002 Urethane Catalyst. Mix ratio is 2 1⁄2 parts Base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. 8002 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2 hour pot life.

This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional coatings in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. 74 Series must be catalyzed with 8015 Urethane Catalyst only. Mix ratio is 4 to 1. 8015 catalyst is included with the base product in kit form. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.

Hernon HASA® 722 is a single-component, anaerobic, structural adhesive designed for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA® 722 cure is accomplished when mating surfaces including metal, glass and ceramics are joined together. Accelerated cures are possible with the application of primers or by a short, low temperature heat cycle. Upon cure, HASA® 722 is a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic with excellent properties over a wide range of conditions.

Hernon HASA® 716 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. HASA® 716 cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Hernon® Primer 50 accelerates the cure.

Humiseal UV Curable Adhesives Family are single component, acrylated urethane-based polymers that crosslink to tough and resilient adhesives with exposure to UV light. UV curable adhesives are excellent for high speed or high volume applications where fast or immediate curing is required. In addition, their single-component curing mechanism results in consistent and reliable performance without concerns about mix ratios or generation of heat.

VersaProof™ Primer S is the most adaptable and user friendly multi‐purpose primer. VersaProof™ Primer S is a versatile two‐component urethane based primer designed for a variety of substrates. It’s unique formulation allows for dilution with acetone by 33‐50% for improved penetration, coverage, and adhesion. VersaProof™ Primer S may be applied at temperatures greater than 0° F by airless sprayer, roller, squeegee, or broom. VersaProof™ Primer S may be used with all Versa- Roof™ rapid curing sealants and coatings for interior and exterior application.

AMP-UP™ URETHANE is a two component, high build acrylic aliphatic urethane with excellent color and gloss retention. Finish cures to a very tough, abrasive resistant film with exceptional exterior durability, chalk resistance, color stability and longterm gloss retention. AMP-UP™ URETHANE will not degrade when exposed to the alkali on a construction site. Acids and detergents will not stain. This product was developed for use on aluminum, as well as structural steel for both interior and exterior applications. Available in a full range of colors and a satin finish.

MCU-101 is a single component, high performing; moisture cured clear urethane coating that dries quickly to a hard abrasion resistant film. MCU-101 is used as a primer and/or a topcoat for concrete or wood surfaces. MCU-101 is ideal as a clear primer over concrete to help eliminate dusting due to concrete laitance and to help prevent spalling due to thermo shock freeze/thaw cycles. Due to its excellent impact and abrasion resistance, MCU-101 is widely used in heavy traffic areas. MCU-101 is also used as a primer under our thin film chemical resistant coating systems.

TUFFLEX Standard Outdoor RBC is a single component, liquid applied, water cured, urethane-polyurea elastomeric waterproofing membrane. TUFFLEX STANDARD OUTDOOR “RBC” can be used as the primary “Non-Gassing” waterproofing base membrane in many of the traffic bearing waterproofing systems manufactured by TUFFLEX Polymers.

Jet Set 10 Hydrophobic Sealing and Grouting Compound is a solvent free, low viscosity resin for the sealing of leaking cracks and joints in concrete structures with continuous moisture exposure. The addition of 6% to 10% Catalyst will accelerate the resin to effectively seal off the leak. The mixed material will react with water to form a foam or gel that can seal and choke off the leak. Kaufman Jet Set 10 may be pumped using a single component pump.

POLAROOF RAC­­™ is a urethane with a single component that has been modified with bright aluminum flakes and fire retardant chemicals. It is specifically designed for use as a waterproofing membrane for all types of roofing. POLAROOF RAC­­™ is tough and elastic, with a high tensile strength and good puncture resistance, and it contains corrosioninhibiting pigments for rust and acid rain resistance. Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation® have both approved POLAROOF RAC­­™ (FM).

URS 4175 is a high modulus, medium viscosity polyether-based structural spray urethane system with good rigidity and excellent impact resistance at a 1 to 1 by volume mix ratio. URS 4175 is recommended for applications requiring stiffness and impact resistance in a quick set spray system, such as artificial rock formations, ceiling panels, spa walls, foam backing, Styrofoam coatings, and so on.

Aptek® 2503R-A/B is an unfilled, two component, electrically insulating, transparent, flexible urethane coating system designed for the encapsulation and protection of electrical/electronic components mounted on printed circuit boards.

Ura-Zen™ AC is an 2K urethane clear coat. It maximizes gloss, DOI and UV resistance when applied over Hentzen intermix series urethane topcoats.

Ever-Thane® Roof Flash is a high viscous, trowel or butter grade enhanced polyurea-urethane formula that can be used in conjunction with a variety of liquid coatings and a variety of roof membranes. It is designed to create a watertight liquid flashing for intricate roofing areas and details. With its low VOC’s, the single-component, moisture-cured liquid flashing is environmentally friendly. This high performing polyurea-urethane is durable, reflective and UV resistant and has excellent vertical hang and performs well under ponding water.
