WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

SEMICOSIL® 9981 TC is a one-part, thermally conductive paste with electrical conductivity that cures into a gap-filling silicone. The thermal paste efficiently fills the finest gaps of heat-generating and ablating substrates, minimizing contact resistance. The thermal resistance is minimized due to an exceptional thermal conductivity of 10 W/mK, in combination with the possibility of reducing bond line thickness to 10 μm.

127-11 is a medical electrode ink and coating suitable for application by wire coating, dipping and flexographic or gravure printing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike most readily available electrode inks, this product is able to maintain conductivity levels in contact with high salt content electrode adhesive gel. This product is designed to produce uniform smooth surfaces in thin layers and to be fast curing at low temperatures. 127-20 is a two component, pad printable, conductive ink/coating for application by pad printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. The product features excellent adhesion to pretreated polyethylene, and polypropylene, as well as to some varieties of pretreated polytetrafluoroethylene. This material will also adhere to Polyurethane, polyamide, melamine, phenolic resins, metal, and glass substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching, flexing and creasing. 115-02 is a silver/ silver chloride, based electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by flexographic and rotogravure printing methods. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. 110-04 is a carbon-based electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by flexographic and rotogravure printing methods. 127-49A/B is an electrically conductive, two-component, silicone ink and coating suitable for high temperature applications. 127-49A/B is suitable for application via syringe dispensing and screen printing. Unlike typical conductive inks, the high temperature capability of this product makes it useful in a range of unique applications such as extreme performance coatings. 127-49A/B is also able to cure at room temperature.Features Two part, room temperature curing silicone conductive adhesive.

124-02 is a waterborne, low V.O.C., electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by rotogravure or flexographic. This product features adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 124-02 include, but are not limited to, medical electrodes, EMI/RFI shielding, polymer thick film circuitry and membrane switches. 124-02 is a higher viscosity version of 119-32.Features Water based conductive ink

Some applications for 118-43(LPS) include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches, electrical attachments for surface mounted devices, and anode coatings for tantalum capacitors. 118-43(LPS) is a crosslinking version of 118-43T.Features Extremely flexible electrically conductive ink, ideal for elastomeric and difficult substrates.

This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, heat stabilized polyester, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to acetone and methyl ethyl ketone. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching and thermal aging. Some applications for 117-31 include, but are not limited to, electroless, and electrolytic plating, anode and cathode coatings for capacitors, and as an underlying coating to prepare surfaces for plating and subsequent soldering. 117-31 can also be used as an underlying coating for decorative plating on various substrates.Features Plateable conductive ink

125-14 is a carbon-based, electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by stamping, screen printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product has improved thermal stability compared to 111-26 and features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. 127-39 is a one component, electrically conductive, solvent-resistant ink and coating designed for screen-printing and syringe dispensing. This product features a high degree of flexibility and excellent adhesion to Kapton®, Mylar®, glass, polycarbonate ITO coated substrates as well as a variety of other substrates. 127-39 has the unique ability to adhere well to difficult to stick to surfaces such as silicone hardcoated acrylic and polycarbonate. Unlike many conductive inks 127-39 is resistant to harsh solvents such as MEK, high humidity environments including boiling water, and is resistant to aging and UV exposure.Features Chemically and abrasion resistant conductive ink

127-07 is an ink/coating with high electrical conductivity for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. The product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other substrates. The superior conductivity of this product allows the end user to print narrower and/or longer circuit trace lines or thinner coatings without compromising overall maximum ohm values. The proper use of this feature can result in a significant cost saving or enhanced performance. This product is more flexible and elastomeric than traditional conductive inks. Some applications for 127-07 include, but are not limited to, RFID antennae, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and membrane switches and it has shown to have conductivity at up to 200% elongation.Features Elastomeric conductive ink

120-24 is a carbon filled, screen-printable, electrically conductive, epoxy-based ink and coating suitable for application by screen- printing, dipping and syringe dispensing.
