ARCOR® EE-11 Prime is a solvent-free, high-functionality epoxy Novolac formulated as a corrosion inhibiting primer specifically designed for steel and metal alloys in immersion service. With the inclusion of Zinc Phosphate, ARCOR® EE-11 Prime effectively inhibits corrosion of the metal substrate, preventing damage caused by water, salts, or mechanical factors. ARCOR® EE-80 is a solvent-free epoxy formulation characterized by its exceptionally low viscosity, making it an ideal penetrating pre-primer. Specifically designed for use on extensive metal surface areas that require protection until an ARCOR™ coating system can be applied, it also serves to enhance the adhesion of a coating system to metal surfaces in immersion service situations where achieving SSPC-SP5 cleanliness through blasting is not feasible. When applied to external metal structures, ARCOR™ EE-80 effectively penetrates through rusty surfaces, curing into a durable, water-resistant coating. Moreover, it performs excellently as a sealer on aged zinc surfaces exhibiting "white rust," requiring just one thin coat with a thickness of 1.5 mils. Clearclad Lectraseal Tektor has same properties as the lectraseal system, but with additional dry film lubricants to increase wear and scratch resistance. PTFE, molybdenum sulfide and boron nitride incorporated into the coating increases the coatings scratch and wear resistance.

ASTRO-KOTE C-XBP is a synthetic water-based rust inhibitor for in-plant rust protection on steel alloys. It was designed to prevent rust on mild steel parts between machining operations and can also be used in the final rinse after the soak, spray, or barrel tumbling operations. This product does not leave any oily films and may be used as a supplementary rust inhibitor for use in water-soluble metalworking fluids.

NANOMYTE® SR-100EC is a three-part transparent, micron-thick, liquid coating that provides both scratch resistance and easy-to-clean properties to a variety of surfaces. The surface treatment is mechanically robust, is highly repellent to water and oils, and enhances lubricity. It can be applied to plastics (such as polycarbonate, PMMA, PET, polyurethane, & epoxy) as well as metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and chrome). SR-100EC is thermally cured and ideally suited for optical lenses, touch screen protectors, stainless steel appliances, hand rails, and faucets.

ASTRO-KOTE PM is a synthetic, water-based rust inhibitor for in-plant rust protection on ferrous alloys and was designed to prevent rust on pressed metal parts between processing operations. It can also be used in the final rinse after the soak, spray, or barrel tumbling operations. This product does not leave any oily films and contains no solvents. ASTRO-KOTE PM may be used as a supplementary rust inhibitor for use in water-soluble metalworking fluids such as aqueous cleaners. It contains wetting agents which facilitate penetration into pressed metal parts either before or after sintering. It is ashless and will not leave residues when parts are heat treated or sintered.

Master Touch H8205 Series is a premium quality, rust inhibitive, alkyd metal primer that provides excellent corrosion resistance, wetting ability, flexibility, and adhesion on clean or tightly adhering rust and mill scale in normal service environments. Can be brushed, rolled, sprayed, or dipped on interior or exterior ferrous metal surfaces. Use with 80 series alkyd enamel topcoats. Not to be used as a universal primer/barrier coat underneath vinyl, epoxies, lacquers, or other strong solvent containing finishes. Tack free in about 3 or 4 hours.

MasterTouch 81 Series - Semi gloss is a premium series Semi gloss alkyd enamel designed to provide a very tough, durable, semi gloss sheen finish for a wide variety of interior or exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. Master Touch 81 series Semi gloss is formulated for high hide, excellent sag resistance, flow and leveling, and wet edge retention. This extremely durable product is single component, but can be cross-linked with our 8000 Polyurethane Converter when stringent specs require extra protection, color retention, and corrosion resistance. Master Touch 81 series Semi gloss meets Gov’t. Specs TT-E- 529C and TT-E-509.

NANOMYTE® TC-4001-UVP is a single component formulation designed to protect metals and other surfaces from degrading, preserving their structural integrity and appearance. The hard, dense, and smooth coating is a nanostructured composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases. It resists scratching and chipping and adheres strongly to bare, pretreated, or painted metal surfaces, thus providing a durable barrier to liquids and gasses. A variety of other surfaces may be coated as well, such as plastics and composites. The coating is easily applied by immersion, spraying or brushing, in thicknesses ranging from microns to mils, and is available in glossy or matte finishes.

Metseal® 300 is water-based, gas carburizing stop-off coating for use on steel substrates.

Life-Kote 92G19 Series Gray Primer is a premium high performance, fast drying, corrosion resistant metal primer containing rust inhibitive pigments for interior and exterior applications. This TTP-664 primer may be used as a barrier coat to permit vinyls, epoxies, or other strong solvent containing top coats to be applied. Adheres tightly to clean metal and to topcoats. Contains no lead, chrome or other heavy metal compounds. VOC compliant.

Loxon has been developed to meet new appliance specifications. It has superior resistance to laundry group detergents and new generation spot removers. Loxon has passed virtually all other chemical resistance tests called for in the appliance industry.

NANOMYTE® SR-200EC is a transparent, highly hydrophobic, two-part liquid coating that results in relatively thin coatings with an easy-to-clean functionality. The thermally cured coating is mechanically robust, highly repellent to water and oils, and enhances lubricity, however the key aspect is that the coating is free of fluorinated materials and environmentally sustainable.

SW-244-40 VOC™ is a DOT grade clear, penetrating 40% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW-244-40 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

Oxynul RP-1950 is a highly effective all-purpose, water-soluble emulsion cleaner, designed to produce a soil-free surface and excellent medium term rust prevention. Oxynul RP-1950 is especially effective on freshly ground/machined surfaces, zinc phosphate and black oxide coatings.

Master Touch 80 Series is a high performance, acrylic modified, gloss alkyd enamel that provides a very durable, tough, high gloss finish for a wide variety of interior or exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. Meets performance specifications of TT-E-489G and TT-E-506K. Acrylic modification makes this alkyd enamel perform much better than a conventional alkyd enamel in the areas of durability, adhesion, color retention, flexibility, sag resistance, and wet edge retention. This extremely durable product is single component, but can be cross- linked with our 8000 Polyurethane Converter when stringent specs require extra gloss, color retention, and corrosion resistance.

SW-244-100™ VOC is a high performance, 100% silane water repellent. This unique silane system is designed to penetrate deeply into the substrate and impart a high level of water and chloride ion screening. This provides the substrate with long lasting protection. SW-244-100 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change surface appearance.

Valor 1PP00 Series is our signature series pigmented acrylic primer formulated to seal porous interior surfaces such as new drywall, plaster, masonry, block, brick, wood, and wallboard.
