ELASTOSIL® R 757/60 is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) known for its exceptional resistance to hot air, especially when a heat stabilizer is added. The material exhibits excellent tear resistance, a low compression set, and high elasticity. It is suitable for use in appliance cables that comply with UL 758 and have a temperature rating of 250 oC.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. This hydrolysis process leads to the formation of silanols, which have the ability to react with each other and form siloxanes. The applications of GENIOSIL® XL 10 include marine and protective coatings, plastic additives, and plastic crosslinking.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3856/20 A/B is a high-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3856 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/40 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

ELASTOSIL® E70 is a flowable, one-component, acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It is a high-temperature-resistant grade for sealing and bonding applications under high thermal stress.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4001/60 MH is a one-component, high-consistency silicone rubber used for manufacturing molded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-cure rubber display high transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber offers excellent mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-cured materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. WACKER® APF 130 STAB is a clear, brown-colored polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It possesses excellent thermal stability and has a specially designed stabilization system, ensuring its reliability in various applications. POWERSIL® 567 is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a durable high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.
