A. Heart Health
Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) is a molecule which found in mitochondria. It plays a critical role for producing energy in the body. Many research shows that Coenzyme Q10 supports healthy of cardiovascular function and its import roles in energy production.
a) Angina
Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) contributes to energy-making mechanisms of heart. Angina patients taken coenzyme Q10 every day have experienced better ability to exercise without chest pain.
b) CardiomyopathyPeople with DCM(dilated congestive cardiomyopathy) shows to be deficient in CoQ10(coenzyme Q10). Many studies use CoQ10(coenzyme Q10) in the treatment of cardiomyopathy have demonstrated positive results, such as improved heart function, quality of life, and survival rates.
c) Congestive Heart Failure
Some research advises that heart failure may be linked with lower CoQ10(coenzyme Q10) levels. CoQ10 improves the production of energy of heart muscle and reported to help human with CHF to have improved exercise capacity and quality of life.
d) Cardiac surgery
Reduced blood supply in the process of blood vessel or heart surgery could deprive tissue of oxygen. When blood supply returns to the tissue, it can become damaged. There is evidences that taking CoQ10(coenzyme Q10) before blood vessel surgery or heart bypass surgery may help to reduce tissue damage.

B. Fibromyalgia
CoQ10(coenzyme Q10) appears to be very strongly effective of reducing fibromyalgia symptoms.

C. Hypertension
Some research shows that supplementation with coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) leads to a significant decrease in blood pressure in people with hypertension.

D. Athletic performance
Strenuous physical activity lowers blood levels of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). Some studies have reported that coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplementation endurance in trained athletes and increased vigor.

- Side Effects Of Coenzyme Q10(Coq10)
No absolute contraindications are known for COQ10(coenzyme Q10), although reliable information about its use in pregnant or breastfeeding mothers or in young children is not available. Adverse effects with COQ10(coenzyme Q10) are rare. On average, mild gastrointestinal discomfort is reported in less than 1 percent of patients in clinical trials.
