- At AKFP, through more than a year of research and development, we pioneered our exclusive gluten-free, clean-label, GMO-free, grain-free flour made from naturally gluten-free cassava roots using our proprietary milling process. As this flour has become an essential ingredient for bakers pursuing the gluten-free, grain-free and paleo markets, we realized that the same consumers who prefer those diets also wish for organic foods. It took a while for AKFP to gain access to organic farms planted to cassava, and now we are there with our cassava root supplies.
