In addition to the manufacture and sale of our epoxies we also provide full installation services through our subsidiary located in Massachusetts and Louisiana. We are capable of providing turn-key application for any project, large or small, located anywhere in the world. We also can provide supervision and training for your personnel or your local contractors. All ARCOR® products are designed to be free of solvents. This allows for safe application in all confined spaces and provides for a much faster cure than traditional solvented epoxies allowing for a quicker turnaround of application projects. Faster turnaround lessens downtime for critical components and naturally saves on cost as systems are restored. ARCOR® EE-75



ARCOR® S-30 is a solvent-free, high-functionality epoxy Novolac coating specifically designed as a protective coating for metals in immersion service. This coating creates a tough, chemical-resistant, and low-friction barrier that is particularly well-suited for aggressive water service, including salt and brackish water environments. The multi-functional chemistry of ARCOR® S-30 enables it to serve as a versatile coating, offering reliable protection in moderate acid and caustic service conditions while performing exceptionally well at elevated temperatures. With its superior performance in petrochemical environments, including crude oil, diesel fuel, and gasoline, ARCOR® S-30 proves its versatility. ARCOR® S-30



ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy adhesive that is moisture insensitive. Designed for emergency repairs or bonding applications, it is suitable for use on metals, glass, concrete, or wood surfaces. With its quick-setting formula, ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set sets in just 5 minutes and can be put into service within 1 hour, regardless of the ambient temperature. This adhesive exhibits good resistance to a wide variety of chemical environments and offers heat resistance up to 450ºF. Its easy-to-use 1:1 mix ratio simplifies the application process, and it can be applied overhead or vertically. For convenient use, ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set is packaged in two tubes containing resin and hardener. To achieve optimal results, simply squeeze equal portions onto a nonporous surface and thoroughly mix them together.

ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set



ARCOR® 2213 Stick is a convenient, solvent-free, two-component epoxy paste packaged in an easy-to-use stick form, combining both the Activator and Base components. With a simple cut or twist, a desired amount can be easily extracted and kneaded using gloved fingers. This rapid-curing epoxy is particularly well-suited for emergency repairs, allowing for quick fixes when time is of the essence. ARCOR® 2213 exhibits corrosion resistance and is reinforced with steel for excellent wear resistance. It can be further modified to meet specific requirements as it can be sanded, drilled, tapped, filed, and machined. Furthermore, it is compatible with epoxy, urethane, or acrylic paints, offering versatility in the choice of final finishes. ARCOR® 2213 Stick



ARCOR® EE-91 is a solvent-free epoxy rebuilding compound specially formulated to provide exceptional corrosion and abrasion protection for condensers and heat exchangers. This compound is particularly well-suited for immersion in various water environments, including saltwater, brackish water, and potable water. Notably, ARCOR® EE-91 will fully cure even when immersed in water. It can be applied at a thickness of up to 500 mils without experiencing slump. Furthermore, this product holds essential certifications such as NSF certification for portable water, USDA approval for incidental Food Contact in Meat &amp; Poultry Production, and FDA Guideline CFR 21 Section 175.300 listing for repeated food contact use. ARCOR® EE-91



ARCOR® EE-79 is a solvent-free, low viscosity floor leveler designed for achieving a smooth, high-gloss finish on concrete surfaces. Its exceptional flowability allows for easy application, effectively sealing cracks and filling pits. The resulting smooth finish makes it an ideal choice for the application of ARCOR® Topcoats, making ARCOR® EE-79 suitable for a wide range of aggressive concrete environments. It can be utilized on its own as a versatile general-purpose flooring solution. Additionally, by incorporating ARCOR® Non-Skid, it provides an excellent non-slip surface, enhancing safety. ARCOR® EE-79



ARCOR® EE-121 HT is a modified version of ARCOR® EE-121 designed to enhance temperature performance by up to 100°F (depending on the specific application). While the increased temperature resistance provides added benefits, it may exhibit slightly reduced performance in highly aggressive acidic environments compared to ARCOR® EE-121. Specifically developed for demanding chemical environments, ARCOR® EE-121 HT excels in resisting acids, methanol, ethanol, and organic solvents at elevated temperatures. The incorporation of Kevlar® fibers in the formulation results in a robust, highly cross-linked coating with exceptional flexural, thermal, and impact strength, along with outstanding wear resistance. This versatile product is suitable for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as concrete, making it an excellent choice for immersion or non-immersion containment applications.

ARCOR® EE-121 HT



ARCOR® 1321 is a high-performance, solvent-free bisphenol F coating designed to provide reliable protection in both immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in aggressive environments. This self-priming coating forms a tough and chemical-resistant barrier on various surfaces including ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as concrete structures. With its low viscosity and excellent flexibility, ARCOR® 1321 is well-suited for external applications that are exposed to aggressive conditions. It can be easily applied by hand or spray onto metal or concrete surfaces. The extended pot-life and overcoat window make it an ideal choice for larger surface area applications using airless or plural component spray equipment. Additionally, ARCOR® 1321 exhibits excellent UV stability, ensuring long-lasting performance even in outdoor environments.
