ARCOR® EE-121 HT Prime is a modified version of ARCOR® EE-121 HT, designed to enhance temperature performance by up to 100ºF, depending on the specific application. While the increased temperature resistance offers improved performance, there may be a slight reduction in highly aggressive acid environments compared to ARCOR® EE-121 HT. Like its counterpart, ARCOR® EE-121 HT Prime is specifically formulated for demanding chemical environments, particularly acids, methanol, ethanol, and organic solvents. The incorporation of Kevlar® fibers results in a robust, highly cross-linked coating that provides exceptional resistance to chemicals, as well as high flexural, thermal, and impact strength. Additionally, it offers excellent wear resistance. ARCOR® EE-121 HT Prime is suitable for use on both ferrous and nonferrous metals, as well as concrete, for both immersion and non-immersion containment applications. ARCOR® EE-11 Prime is a solvent-free, high-functionality epoxy Novolac formulated as a corrosion inhibiting primer specifically designed for steel and metal alloys in immersion service. ARCOR® EE-111 is a solvent-free, high 3.6 functionality epoxy Novolac coating specifically designed for immersion and non-immersion service in aggressive chemical environments with elevated temperatures and high abrasion. This versatile coating creates a tough and chemically resistant protective layer on ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as concrete surfaces. With the incorporation of micro ceramic spheres, ARCOR® EE-111 offers exceptional abrasion resistance while still allowing for plural spray application, making it suitable for large-scale projects. Its low viscosity and 3.6 functionality epoxy Novolac composition enable easy application by hand or spray, with a recommended thickness of up to 25 mils per coat. This coating can withstand immersion temperatures of up to 350ºF (162ºC). Notably, ARCOR® EE-111 exhibits excellent resistance to various aggressive chemicals such as Methanol, Glacial Acetic Acid, Methylene Chloride, Hydrochloric Acid, Nitric Acid, and Sulphuric Acid.
