MoldWiz® INT-1E-11S - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

MoldWiz® INT-2E-ATS - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly into the aqueous resin solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. MoldWiz® INT-44-800 is a non-silicone processing aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting its mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.

MoldWiz® INT-1312MS - A Methanol – low water tolerant resin systems

MoldWiz® INT-3944 is a processing aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-701TPD - A process aid, which is incorporated directly into the resin. Improves resin flow/fill, improves Scratch & Mar properties and improve dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.
