Two-row spring malting barley with vigorous and even germination are malted at one of our four UK malthouses. Located all along the Eastern Seaboard of the UK, the majority of our barley is sourced from local UK growers, ensuring a lower carbon footprint and a consistency in quality. Two-row spring malting barley with low protein delivers a high extract and fermentability which combine to provide the optimal level of spirit yield per ton of malt.
