Product Characteristics

A natural flavoring is added to the salt in order to erase the bitterness of the potassium chloride. These salts offer a very efficient sodium reduction solution with excellent results in flavor, texture and shelf life, over -50% sodium reduction and up to 100% sodium substitution.

Our product has been tested in-lab and in industrial conditions with a wide range of producers in different markets and in different food categories. Excellent results given in various categories like bakery, meat, ham, patés, fish derivates, snacks, sauces, ready meals & dairies.
