- Features
- Email is intended for top glossy coatings of wood, especially wooden windows, doors, suspended ceilings, etc. in the interior and exterior.
- It is characterized by excellent mechanical properties, high coverage and resistance to UV radiation, excellent plasticity, very fast drying and high gloss.
- The enamel spreads well, does not form curtains during application and has excellent pourability. The white shade is characterized by high whiteness.
- Email is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed and drinking water and coatings for children's furniture and toys.
- Enamel may be used on surfaces that come into indirect contact with food, feed and drinking water.
- Extremely weather resistant
- Highly flexible coating
- High coverage coating

- Preparation of the Substrate
- Before application, the wood must be clean, dry, well sanded, with a maximum moisture content of 12%.
- Wood with increased content of resins (larch, pine) should be freed from all resin spills with thinner C 6000.
- The final appearance of the coating and its service life depend on the quality of the pre-treatment of the wood.
- Prime the wood surface first with diluted epoxy varnish to ensure uniform absorption of the substrate.
- Then sand the surface of the wood with fine sandpaper, then apply the final layers of epoxy varnish.
- The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease, rust and dust, mechanically cleaned.
- During renovation coatings, it is necessary to remove old non-stick coatings from the wood and ensure good strength of the substrate (when the old coating is completely removed, the new coating is applied gradually, including impregnation of the wood).
- It is recommended to follow the entire coating system according to the manufacturer's catalog sheet.
- Application Conditions
- Apply in stable and dry weather, during the application period and throughout the drying time, the minimum air and substrate temperature must be 5°C, and the maximum 40°C.
- The optimal temperature for applying the paint is 18°C to 23°C and relative humidity 40 to 70%.
- Lower temperature and higher relative humidity during application and drying and too thick layer of the applied film significantly slow down the drying and hardening of the paint film.
- High relative air humidity and increased humidity of wood or masonry cause defects in the paint film.
- The type, surface and possibly previous coating of the wood affect the resulting shade of the coating.
- Natural wood changes color under the influence of light, independent of varnish.
- In the case of exotic types of wood, due to the influence of the varnish on the resulting shade of the wood, it is advisable to test the varnish on a small area first.
- It is recommended to apply at least 3 topcoats to new floors.
- A higher thickness of the resulting layer improves the overall quality and durability of the coating.
- For the first 14 days, it is necessary to protect the coating from careless handling and intensive washing of the surface with water.
- The stackability and adhesion of painted surfaces must be tested for specific conditions (climatic conditions, layer thickness, number of coats, shape of the substrate, type of substrate, etc.).
- Work Progress
- Mix thoroughly before use and dilute as needed.
- 1 – 2x impregnation with the product impregnation base lazurol s 1033;
- 1 – 2 coats of basic color pragoprimer plus s 2070 or lazurol oknobal základ s 2060;
- 1 – 2 coats of lazurol oknobal email u 2015 at an optimal thickness of 35 μm. For a long service life of the coating, apply in two thin layers.
- A coating with a thickness of 30 – 35 μm can be recoated within 10 hours of the first layer being made at a temperature of 20 to 25 °c.
- If the layer is thicker, the interval between coats needs to be extended.
