- Composition
FORTON is obtained through the composting of vegetal and animal rests, such as barks, leaves prunning and feces.
Due to its composition, the product has a high organic matter content (around 35%s.m.s.) that facilitates the ion exchange in the soil-plant system, and improves the CEC ratio thanks to its humic acids. It improves porosity, aeration and water movement in clay soils, and provides a stable structure to the sandy soils.
Its C/N (Carbon/Nitrogen) relation indicates a stable nitrogen mineralization value, which means that the nitrogen is available to the plant.
FORTON is rich in phosphor (2.0%) and potassium (2.0%), as well as in nitrogen, even though there’s less nitrogen (1.5%).Nearly all the nitrogen is found in organic form, making its assimilation very easy.
The heavy metal content is under the authorized limits for this classification (B), according to the Real Decreto 506/2013.
BIORCAMP FORTON has a <10mm granulometry
The production process, as well as the final product, undergoes strict quality controls. During the cleansing process the elimination of all adventitious seeds and pathogens is guaranteed.

FORTON is sold in bulk and as dust.
The recommended application is as a base fertilizer, burying it 15-20cm deep in the soil. It can also be used on wood farming to increase the organic matter content of the soil and bring nutrients to the plants.
The following tables show the recommended doses. A soil analysis is recommended to be able to choose the right dose
CROP DOSE (kg/ ha) Non salty soil 1.000-1.500 Salty soil 1.500-2.000 Poor in organic matter 2.500-3.000 Rich in organic matter 2.000-2.500 Deserted soils regeneration 6.000-8.000 Mineral soils 2.200-2.500 FARMING DOSE Extensive, rainfed 800-1.000 kg/ha Extensive, irrigation 1.000-1.500 kg/ha Horticultural 1.500-2.000 kg/ha Fruits 1.200-1.500 kg/ha Olives 1.500-1.700 kg/ha Flowers 2.000-2.200 kg/ha Grass 1.800-2.000 kg/ha Greenhouses 25-30 kg/ 100m2
