Tru-Motion™ H3604

1 of 11 products in this brand
Tru-Motion™ H3604 is a 100% solids, aliphatic isocyanate based, moisture cure binder for use in the construction, refinish and repair of bonded rubber granule surfaces. In addition to excellent color stability, it also exhibits resistance to common chemicals used to treat water and surfaces in swimming pool and water park installations. Tru-Motion™ H3604 exhibits rapid cure rate under a variety of climatic conditions to produce a durable surface that can be open to light traffic in minimum time, making it particularly useful for repair and maintenance of high use areas such as public parks, commercial areas, theme and water parks.

Cure Method
Processing

Under typical conditions of installation, Tru-Motion H3604 binder for granular rubber surfaces provides a good balance of work life while achieving sufficient cure to provide for rapid use of new surfaces within normal construction cycles. Tru-Motion H3604 binder for granular rubber composite surfaces is designed to cure by reaction with atmospheric moisture. Cure rate is accelerated by high humidity and temperatures and retarded by low humidity and temperatures. Under conditions of low temperature and/or low humidity, water misting of the applied surfaces immediately after installation will prevent the Tru-Motion H3604 from draining off the granular rubber components and improve cure rate.

Caution : Even though Tru-Motion H3604 is a pure Aliphatic binder, it should be evaluated before exterior use. Any colored EPDM or TPR granule mixture used with Tru-Motion H3604 should be tested for cure and color change before installation. Surfaces to be recoated or reconsolidated should be test patched to evaluate cure and compatibility with the existing surface conditions.
