Applications

• DeCAL VMAP is an ideal additive for cementitious applications, designed to prevent segregation. Use of DeCAL VMAP allows concrete to be pumped at high pressure without the risk of segregation.
• DeCAL VMAP prevents the settlement of mortar and aggregate from mixed concrete and also prevents bleeding.
• DeCAL VMAP also is highly effective in this regard with self-compacting concrete.
• DeCAL VMAP can decrease a mixture sensitivity to variations in sand and aggregate, giving a more predictable result, without a delay to setting time.
• DeCAL VMAP is also highly compatible with Devine Chemical’s range of superplasticisers.
• Recommended addition level: 2 - 3% DeCAL VMAP based on PCE based admixture. Dosage is however use dependent so trials may be necessary.
