Pangel B10 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for intermediate-low polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on white spirit type solvents. The dispersion process of Pangel B10 is similar to that of other solid components of the formulation, being necessary to ensure appropriate product wetting and the application of sufficient mechanical energy (shear). Equipment such as cowles, dissolvers, silverson types, colloidal mills, horizontal, vertical, and basket grinding equipment are enough to obtain a good dispersion.

DeCAL 1805 enhances performance while promoting excellent spreading characteristics. It can be added to formulations at any stage of manufacture due to its low viscosity, which allows for easy incorporation without the need for elaborate mixing facilities. DeCAL 1805 has been designed for use in the presence of cationic and non-ionic co-ingredients, allowing for cold mixing in aqueous systems, increasing process speed and efficiency, and reducing energy costs in manufacturing.

DeCAL 5018 is an excellent foam control agent for many aqueous systems, including water-based paints, adhesives, and polymer latex systems. It contains mineral oil, silica, and surfactants. DeCAL 5018 is used very successfully in water-based paints, paper coatings, polymer latices, and adhesives. It is effective over a wide range of pH and temperatures. In emulsion paint systems, we recommend adding half to the pigment grind and the balance to the final blending.

PerformaSil™ 200 Anti-Graffiti Coating is a single-component, water-based silicone elastomer that dries to form a tough, durable film that provides long-lasting, permanent graffiti and water protection.
