- Unlike traditional catalysts, the ECAT series promotes clean, rapid monomodal cures
Applications & Uses
- Applications
- RECOMMENDED FORMULATIONS / RECOMMENDED USES
RECOMMENDED USES: The ECAT series of products may be used as accelerators for epoxy homocures or in conjunction with traditional epoxy curatives such as dicyandiamide, aromatic amines, phenyl esters, phenols, etc. When used alone, the ECAT series of products operate as effective and efficient curing agents for epoxy homocures.
RECOMMENDED FORMULATIONS: CATALYST: Suggested catalytic concentrations of the ECAT series products range between 0.5 to about 5% by weight of epoxy monomer(s). EPOXY CURATIVE: Recommended concentration of the ECAT series products for use as epoxy curatives is 7 – 15% weight percent with the balance being epoxy monomer(s).
