Usage
  • Satin-gloss, 2-component PUR primer and top coat with excellent adhesion properties on steel, aluminum, galvanized steel (galvanizing), stainless steel, powder-coated substrates, OSB panels, wood, MDF, many plastics (rigid PVC, ABS, polyester, etc.) and mineral surfaces (walls, floors).
  • The product can also be used as a textured coating, for example on machines, office equipment and laboratory equipment.
  • Indoor and outdoor use.
Drying

Low temperatures and/or poor ventilation can have a negative effect on drying.

Ground Preparation for Powder-coated Components
  • Apply base coating with 2C epoxy resin bonding primer.
  • Basically, we re commend applying it over a test area.
Instructions for Processing
  • The product must be stirred carefully before use.
  • The substrates must be free of dirt, separating substances, dry and stable.
  • Please always observe the guidelines of the BFS (Federal Committee for Paint and Property Protection, Frankfurt am Main).
  • When coating optically connected surfaces, make sure that the batches are the same and/or mix the total amount required with each other.
  • In the event of contact with products containing plasticizers (door and window seals, etc.), the harmlessness of the sealing profile manufacturer must be obtained or a test coat is necessary.
  • Timely care and renovation work are necessary for the durability of the coated surfaces.
