Battics® range are encapsulated emulsifier systems in powder form for aeration and stabilization of the batter and baked product. Commonly known as instant cake emulsifiers and/or batter stabilizers.

FOAMICS® is an instant foaming agent E. G. for cappuccino. DP Supply produces spray-dried emulsions with instant gas formation, called Foamics. These products create a beautiful and stable foam layer and can be used in foaming drinks like e.g. cappuccino and hot chocolate.

DP Supply produces spray dried fat powders - called Fattics - with a fat content of up to 80 % using different fat sources and offer dairy free solutions as well.

NUTRILICS® are milk powders (fat filled) used to make nutritional drinks/meal replacement shakes by mixing with functional ingredients like vitamins, minerals according to the need of a certain age group and/or special nutritional needs.

CREAMICS® are spray dried creamers/whiteners which can be used either in beverages or in savory, creating creamy taste and color in the applications. Savory range creamers are generally higher in fat with different levels of protein creating more or less creaminess.

TOPPICS® are whipped topping bases, alternative for whipped cream, desserts etc. DP Supply produces a wide range of topping bases creating aeration as well as stabilizing whipped desserts and ice creams as substitutes for dairy cream as our toppings are based on vegetable fats.
