Ecopiren is a magnesium hydroxide which is milled and classified in a special way that could be used as an effective mineral flame retardant and smoke absorber for polymer compositions. Using advanced processing techniques flame (extrusion, molding under pressure) retardants of Ecopiren trademark can be easily processed into the final polymeric products together with various kinds of plastics (polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC). Products of Ecopiren brand are non-toxic, safe to use and meet all legal requirements of environmental protection.
