EXAFLEX 5034 is recommended for cold cure molded and integral skin foam formulations. The high resiliency molded foam manufacture using EXAFELX 5034 shows better bounce and the integral skin foam produced using this polyol gives good skin. Well recommended for automotive and furniture seating and also for steering wheels arm rest etc

EXAFLEX 5034 is physiologically harmless.
This product is not particularly dangerous for health. In any case is suggested to observe following precautions:-
- To wear appropriate protection for body and eyes
- The working room must be ventilated
- In case of contact with skin or eyes to wash accurately with clean water and if sprayed on eyes ask for medical intervention.
- To absorb eventual losses with sand or sawdust.
Polyurethanes produced from this product may present a _x001f_re hazard in certain applications if exposed to _x001f_re and/or excessive heat and oxygen, e.g., welding and cutting torches.

EXAFLEX 5034 is slightly hygroscopic and should therefore be stored under cool and dry conditions at 25 – 35 °C. Even under these conditions EXAFLEX 5034 absorbs small quantities of atmospheric moisture. Partially used drums should be properly resealed before keeping for extended storage.
