The continuously operating temperature range for HTCL Oils is from –30°C to + 260°C. These oils operate at higher temperatures and have better load carrying properties and hydrolytic stability than common synthetic ester lubricants which make them ideal for dyeing and finishing operations. Typical Applications operating continuously above 200°C are:
- Tenter-frame chains
- Bakery & paint oven chains
- Chain & bearing lubrication in lithograph ovens
- Overhead trolley wheels and chain links & pins passing through an oven
- Oil or mist lubricated high temperature bearings
