ZetaPol 8800-MR offers many advantages over traditional polymeric flocculants. Significantly improves the dewatering of the sludge and prevents bonding of the filter press or filter media. Higher solid content in the mud cake is possible compared to standard polymeric flocculants. The special composition of this product results in a very shear stable flocculation that rapidly separates from waste water streams.
Usually encapsulates the contaminats to prevent them leaching back out of the sludge at the landfill site. This reduces the hazardous classification of the sludge anf hence substantially reduces disposal costs. The operator receives an easy to use product. This product is due to its high concentration very efficient.

The product should not be diluted with water.
Reaction time is about 15 minutes
The product does not change the pH-value substantially.
Recommended pH-value : 7,0 - 10,0
Removes suspended and colloidal solids from treated waste water.
The resulting sludge can dewater very well.
Removes turbidility.
