    Product Highlights
    • Polyester Low Melt LMF (CoPET/PET) fiber bonds to other polyester fibers to produce wadding, insulation, filtration, automotive, and other products where heat is used to bond the fibers. This fiber is normally blended with solid polyester fibers or recycled materials. It is also available also as as flame retardant (FR) edition for automotive.
    • PrimaLoft® Bio™ optimizes the polyester or fabric fiber with a simple sugar, making the fibers easier and more pleasant for microbes to digest. Essentially, we make your fiber a Boston Cream Donut for microbes.
    • PrimaLoft® Bio™ fiber only degrades in specific environments, such as in landfills or in the ocean. These environments are where the microorganisms that feed on the fibers live.
    • PrimaLoft® Bio™ can be chemically recycled and fits perfectly in a circular lifespan, and PrimaLoft® Bio maintain a 95% yield rate through the chemical recycling process.
    • PrimaLoft® Bio™ only biodegrades in environments with naturally occurring microbes, such as landfills, oceans, and wastewater. PrimaLoft® Bio™ comes in normal bales and has a normal shelf life with no need for special care or treatment during storage and transportation.
    • PrimaLoft® Bio™ has the same characteristics and performance as regular PET fibers with the same output and same whiteness, and it blends well with natural fibers.
    • PrimaLoft® Bio™ can be added to any type of polyester and fabric fiber, from wadding, filtration, and automotive to acoustics, medical, and hygiene products.

    Available Types
    • Fiberfill - The three-dimensional crimp, combined with the hollow, gives superior resilience and insulates the final product. Hollow conjugated polyester fibers (HCS) and solid fibers are widely used in fiberfill.
    • Nonwovens - Wide range of Bio PET staple fibers, which has been developed for wipes used in different industries, electronics, and printing, as well as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical, patient cleaning, and general care.
    • Spinning - We supply polyester staple fibers worsted, open-end or conventional ring spinning.
