Finechem Technology FC6016 Tasteless Gear Oil Complex Agent

Finechem Technology FC6016 Tasteless Gear Oil Complex Agent product is a new generation of S-P-N-B energy-saving and environment-protection universal gear oil complex agent, it is prepared with hydrolysis-resistant nano calcium borate multi-effect additive, S-P extreme pressure anti-wear agent, nano-boron ceramic friction-reduction agent, phenol amine antioxidant and metal deactivator. Compared with the traditional S/P agents, the product is characterized with high load capacity, good wear resistance, low balance oil temperature, small friction resistance, long oil change mileage, energy saving and environmental protection. Because of the thick oil film and the elasticity, the product not only is resistant to high-speed impact load but also and adapts to the high torque working conditions. The addition of borate achieves better corrosion resistance, largely extends the life of gear surface pitting and the seal, and ensures low toxicity and zero odors.

    Scope of Application
    • The product is for preparing vehicle gear oil, open-type and closed-type industrial gear oil and worm gear oil of various load andviscosity grades by using Classes API-I and II base oil.
    • Recommended Dosage: GL-3 1.1%, GL-4 2.1%, GL-5  4.2%,CKC  1%-1.2%,CKD  1.5%-1.8%,CKE  2%-2.2%。

    Storage & Handling

    Attentions for Storage and Use

    Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery are performed as per SH/T0164. 200Kg packaging with galvanized iron bucket shall be stored in dry and ventilated storehouse below 45°C; Blending temperature should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. General chemical prevention measures shall be taken in feeding and using process to avoid contacting with skin. Once touching, wash out with soap water.
