- Functions of AcHA in Cosmetics
- High Skin Affinity And Adsorption
Introduction of acetyl groups enhances the effectiveness of sodium hyaluronate . It owns both lipophilic and hydrophilic properties. AcHA can not only reduce water evaporation on the skin surface and increase internal water accumulation, but also penetrate into the epidermal hydration and soften the cuticle, so as to exert double moisturizing effect, improve the dry and rough state of the skin and make the skin soft and elastic.AcHA has excellent skin affinity, even after washing, can also be firmly adsorbed on the skin, play a lasting moisturizing, soft skin and other effects.
- Superb Moisture Retention
AcHA can firmly adhere to the surface of the skin, reduce the loss of water on the surface of the skin, and increase the content of moisture of skin. It also can quickly penetrate into the stratum corneum, combine with the water in the stratum corneum, and hydrate to soften the stratum corneum. AcHA internal and external synergistic effect, play an efficient and lasting moisturizing effect, increase skin water content, improve skin rough, dry state, make skin full and moist.
- Excellent In Improving Rough Skin
Since AcHA has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties, it has an exceptional affinity for the stratum corneum, and can stay on the surface of the stratum corneum. Because of this unique character, more moisture evaporating from the stratum corneum is retained at the surface of the stratum corneum, resulting in an exceptional, long-lasting stratum corneum-softening effect. AcHA can promote cellular proliferation and repair damaged epidermal cells, thus strengthening the barrier function of stratum corneum, to effectively reduce water evaporation from inside, and improving the skin dryness and roughness.
- Soften Stratum Corneum Effectively
AcHA has a special affinity to the stratum corneum, which can stay on the surface of the stratum corneum and produce a special and lasting softening effect of the stratum corneum, thus increasing the elasticity of the skin. After 4 weeks of continuous application of a facial cream containing AcHA, the skin elasticity of volunteers has significantly increased by 1.6 times and skin is softened.
