Technical Details & Test Data

Drying
  • HD-6000 DMM, crosslinked with a water dispersible isocyanate, will dry to a hard film in 30 minutes at ambient room temperature (65 -+ 70°F) and humidity (RH 50%).
  • Ultimate cured properties will take 3 -5 days to develop.
  • If heat is available, the ultimate properties can be attained in shorter time.
  • Typical oven drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
