INTERCURE

Intercure® 1-DF10 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a blocked diamine cross-linking agent containing 10% of synthetic ester plasticizer. It is used in Ethylene-Acrylic (AEM), Polyacrilic (ACM) and Epichlorohydrin (ECO) elastomers. Depending on choice of elastomer, desired cure rate and physical properties can be obtained using levels ranging from 0.8 to 2 p.h.r.

INTERCURE® 1-DF10

IIntercure® 4 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is an alicyclic amine salt used as a curing agent mainly for Fluoroelastomers (FKM). For its safety in processing, it can be positioned between IIntercure® 1 and IIntercure® 3. Its cross-linking efficiency provides FKM compounds with physical properties similar to those obtainable with IIntercure® 1. As with IIntercure® 1,.

INTERCURE® 4

IIntercure® 3 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a blocked diamine cross-linking agent used for a very safe processing of Fluoroelastomers (FKM), Polyacrilic (ACM), Ethylene-Acrylic (AEM) and Epichlorohydrin (CO-ECO) elastomers. Depending on choice of elastomer, desired cure rate and physical properties can be obtained using levels ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 p.h.r. IIntercure® 3, may be used in combination with IIntercure® 1.

IIntercure® 18 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a cationic surfactant used in several elastomers (ACM, FKM, etc.) as accelerator.

Intercure® 1-DF is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a blocked diamine cross-linking agent containing 2% of Paraffinic White oil. It is used in Fluoroelastomers (FKM), Polyacrilic (ACM), Ethylene - Acrylic (AEM) and Epichlorohydrin (ECO) elastomers. Depending on choice of elastomer, desired cure rate and physical properties can be obtained using levels ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 p.h.r.

It is used as accelerator for Fluoroelastomers (FKM); adhesion promoter of Fluoroelastomers (FKM) to a variety of other elastomers; curative for Polyacrylate polymers (ACM) for which it increases the compound shelf life, improves compression set, and reduces the mold fouling.
