Jiuhlih Brand "PVC Masterbatch (JV-Masterbatch)" are offered by specially selected pigments of excellent grades PVC resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, dispersing agents, etc., then by grinding and mixing with mechanical facilities to become a processed pigment of semi-plastic forms.
