Slight darkening is possible during longer storage; this does not affect the quality of the raw material. the appearance of POTASSIUM OLIVATE FOKSNaB might vary with the temperature. In particular: with low temperatures the product could be more viscous and white. This phenomenon will be reversible by heating to 40-50°C the raw material. This does not affect the quality of the raw material.
