- Applications
K-KAT XK-614 can be used in ambient cured or force dried 2-component polyurethane systems, both WB and SB. It can also be used in 1-component thermally cured blocked isocyanate systems.
- Incorporation
For SB 2K PU systems, K-KAT XK-614 can be added directly to the polyol component. For WB 2K PU and WB blocked isocyanate systems, K-KAT XK-614 should be thoroughly mixed with the resin and or co-solvent, before letting down with water. For thermally cured blocked isocyanate systems, it can be added at anytime during the manufacturing process.
