Curing time can be expedited by using elevated temperatures. This elastomer presents itself with a transparent appearance.

Mixing and Curing Application
  • Hypertex® Repellix silicone is mixed with Hypertex® Active Catalyst at recommended mixing ratio: (100:1 - 100:3)
  • After catalyst is added in silicone, curing starts.
  • Curing time can be accelerated with high temperatures.
  • The amount of catalyst can be changed depending on the applied temperature.
  • Pallets should be preheated to 60°C before printing to produce best results.
  • Recommended curing temperature is below 140°C.

Storage & Handling

Storage Conditions
  • It is recommended that to store Hypertex® Repellix printing silicone in their original storage container under 25°C, away from moisture and with the lid closed.
  • Under recommended conditions, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
