How are organic lecithins made by LECICO?

On this doubly secured basis, LECICO offers high-quality ORGANIC lecithins, which are 100% ecologically produced and which meet all therequirements for "ORGANIC production". The organic lecithin is obtained from soybeans and sunflower seeds, which are organically controlled and grown without the use of genetic engineering. The use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides, growth regulators and herbicides is also omitted.Instead, the cultivation is based on a targeted crop rotation, animal and vegetable fertilizers and biological pest control. In the first production step,the organically grown seeds are mechanically pressed. The organic lecithincan then be isolated from the oil by separating it.
