Harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If in the eyes rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Shipments of lithium carbonate are not classed as hazardous for transport. Shipments by post, parcel, air, water, rail, or road are acceptable within each carrier’s weight limits and packaging requirements.
