Counter Rust 140 is only partially neutralized. Further neutralizing with alkanolamines provides the formulator the flexibility to adjust pH to provide the overall desired performance properties..
Ethanolamine-free Counter Rust 140 is ideal for use in synthetic metalworking fluids, alkaline cleaners and water-based quenchants. It is soluble in water, glycols and some petroleum oils.- Performance
