MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-H 2030/550 GF30 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer containing 30% glass fibers that are chemically coupled and heat stabilized, with recycled material. It is suitable for Automotive, building and construction, machinery, and various applications such as transport systems, fixtures/fittings, and clips, and impact protection/shock absorber, among others. Pre-drying conditions should be carried out in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.
