MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/1 is a polycarbonate base polymer with 10% PTFE filler/additive system, which improves its sliding and wear features. It is used in the automotive and machinery industries for a variety of applications such as housings, functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.02%, and the melt temperature should be between 280-320°C, while the mold temperature should range from 80-130°C. Additionally, the material must be stored in a dry place, away from light.
