MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/3162.1 CF10 GF10 TF10 is a polycarbonate base polymer with 10% glass fibers, 20% carbon fiber/PTFE filler/additive system. It is electrically conductive, has improved sliding/wear and high stiffness, and is used in the automotive and machinery market segments for applications such as housings and functional components. Pre-drying conditions of 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer of 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, depending on moisture content, are required for processing. For injection molding, melt temperature should be set between 310-330°C and mold temperature should be set between 80-130°C.

Polymer Name: Polycarbonate (PC)

Processing Methods: Injection Molding

Fillers Included: Carbon/PTFE, Glass Fiber

Flexural Modulus: 10400.0 - 10400.0 MPa
