MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/587 GF30 is a heat and processing stabilized Polyamide 6 with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is suitable for applications such as injection molded parts and functional components in the automotive and machinery market segments. Pre-drying conditions require a temperature of 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of <0.15%. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.
