MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT+ASA A 2020/510 GF20 is an impact-modified, low-warpage, easy-flow polybutylene terephthalate + acrylonitrile styrene acrylate with a glass fiber filler/additive system. Pre-drying conditions require a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hrs depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.04%. Processing temperature for injection molding is 250-270°C and 60-100°C for the mold temperature. Typical applications include interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and various other applications. It is ideal for applications requiring high mechanical strength, chemical resistance and heat stability.
