MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/228 UV is a polycarbonate base polymer with a light stabilizer, antioxidant, and lubricant filler/additive system. It is highly UV stabilized and is suitable for various applications. The pre-drying conditions for this material are 120°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-3 h and in an air circulating dryer 100-120°C for 4-12 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. The processing injection molding melt temperature is 270-310°C and the mold temperature is 80-110°C. This material should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment, not exceeding 30°C. No additional sentence required.
