MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9217-1 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer filled with 65% glass fiber/mineral. It has high stiffness, hot oil resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance, making it ideal for highly stressed parts in the automotive, machinery, and lighting market segments. Pre-drying Conditions require a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of >140°C.
