Processing Guide

Pre-Heating
The material is supplied in airtight 3 layer Paper +PE + Aluminum foil liner bags, Still Nylon being hygroscopic material it is recommended for hot air drying at 80 °C for 4 to 6 Hrs ensuring maximum water content as 0.2 %.

The material is supplied in airtight 3 layer Paper +PE + Aluminum foil liner bags, it is recommended for hot air drying at 130 °C for 4 to 6 Hrs ensuring maximum water content as 0.1 %.

Post Molding Recommendations

Molded components should be conditioned in water at a min of 95 deg C until they absorb 0.8-1.2 % of water above their original weight.

A mold temperature largely determine the crystallanity of PPS .& thus effects the parts final physical properties and appreances.so rapidely that a hot mold will produce dimensially stable parts able to resist dimensional changes even at eleveted temerature.
