Ethylan EF-60 is a VOC-free additive used to promote storage stability, especially at low temperatures. It acts as an anti-freezing agent, dispersant, wetting agent and freeze-thaw (FT) stabilizer in premium-grade waterborne latex paints and adhesive systems. Ethylan EF-60 can be used to replace propylene glycol, PEG and EG in these formulations to meet regulatory requirements without compromising on processability and other latex binder performance.
Benefits:
Lower-odor, safer formulations
Better appearance and finish
Compliance with environmental regulations
High efficacy FT performance for a wide range of waterborne formulations
Features:
APEO-free
VOC-free
Excellent FT stability
Maintains open time to impart processability
Better pigment wetting and dispersion compared to traditional FT agents
