Paprimur s.l CINNAMON CEYLAN

CINNAMON CEYLAN is the dried bark and deprived of most of its epidermal layer from Cinnamomun zeylanicum and other species. It is harvested by peeling the bark off the tree and allowing it to curl up as it dries. The eclairs are classified, cut and sold by size. Cinnamon is harvested in Sri Lanka during March and April, although there are varieties that produce it throughout the year.
